The SG30 pasta machine is suitable for fresh pasta shops and dry pasta shops… just combine the press with our dryers.

Press with centrifugal mixing upper tank allows for homogeneous and faster mixing as well as static hydration of the dough, decreasing the oxidation of the dough and thus preserving the original color. This patented and exclusive system, similar to Volumix, allows you to produce very tender doughs, for example bread and pizza dough.

This patented system also makes the SG30 pasta machine particularly suitable for the production and extrusion of special and egg pasta.

The quality of the final product is also guaranteed by the extrusion dynamics which has been designed to maintain the quality of the raw materials unaltered.

Different from the older way, you don’t have to lean the upper tank towards the lower one, strenuously using your hands to pass the dough to the lower tank……. the SG30 will do it all!!! Faster, more hygienic and safer.
Completely removable stainless steel linchpins and blades facilitate quick and easy cleaning.

The extrusion channel is equipped with fittings for the cooling system for continuous use, 24/7.

FLOUR INCLUDING GLUTEN FREE:

This small-big double tank pasta machine has been designed for mixing and extruding all types of gluten-free flour in addition to the traditional soft wheat and semolina flour.

DIES AND PASTA SHAPES:

By changing the die, the SG30 press can make many different shapes of pasta of different sizes and with a special die it is also possible to produce pasta sheets for lasagna and stuffed pasta.

DIES AVAILABLE IN BRONZE OR TEFLON INSERTS (Ø99-109mm)

FILLED PASTA

The SG30 press can be combined with the PR120 automatic ravioli machine to produce filled pasta, ravioli of various shapes and sizes already cut and separated, filled with any type of filling.

Or the SG30 pasta machine can be combined with the AV200 sheet winding machine + PRS120/160 ravioli machine.

DRY PASTA

To produce dry pasta you can add to the SG30 press our small dryer ESS20 or our dryer for 100 kg ESS100.
