La Parmigiana has developed and produces complete lines dedicated to the production of fresh and dry gluten-free pasta, fully automatic lines with a capacity up to 500 kg/h of dry gluten-free pasta.
Our GF (gluten free) presses are equipped with everything needed to guarantee the highest quality gluten-free pasta production:
– pre-mix volumix;
– a special system for reprocessing the dough;
– vacuum extrusion system.
These machines can work both with pre-gelatinized flour or with raw flour by treatment with a gelatinizer that uses starch as a thickener.
