La Parmigiana has developed and produces complete lines dedicated exclusively to the production of gluten free pasta, fresh or dry depending on each customer’s needs.
La Parmigiana has developed and optimized fully automatic lines with capacities up to 500 kg/h of dry gluten free product (800 kg/h of fresh gluten free product).
Our plants for the production of gluten-free pasta are:
– dedicated solely to the production of gluten-free pasta
– customized according to each customer’s needs.
The GF presses can be combined with all the other machinery for a complete line: handling trays, pre-dryers, spreading machines and dryers.
