Countertop machine for fresh long or short pasta and pasta sheets, designed to meet the needs of restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessens, farmhouses and snack bars, producing high quality fresh pasta.
The new D35 2.0 pasta machine is equipped with a safety system, thanks to the latest generation card, automatically reversing the rotation for 15 seconds and stopping the machine in case of inconsistent dough. This “smart system” makes it possible to safeguard the machine.
It is also equipped with a new grid to facilitate the introduction of liquids, including an electric knife with quick coupling, a steel gate and a variable pitch endless screw.
The D35 2.0 fresh pasta press is compact and even more reliable thanks to the new three-phase rated motor which is easy-to-use and clean, used by restaurants’ and catering experts for its excellent performace.

The D35 2.0 pasta machine has been designed for mixing all types of flour and mixtures, even gluten-free flour.
— DIES AND PASTA SHAPES:
By changing the die, the D35 2.0 press can make many different shapes of pasta of different sizes and with a special die it is also possible to produce pasta sheets for lasagna and filled pasta.

The D35 2.0 press can be combined with the RM17 semi-automatic ravioli machine without sheet rollers. This innovative machine uses the sheets coming out of the press directly, saving time and the certainty of always perfect pasta sheets.
