The consumption of dry pasta is constantly increasing, both in Italy and abroad, especially if it is Made in Italy. La Parmigiana has always paid particular attention to small and medium artisan pasta factories that produce high quality dry pasta with diversification of products and ingredients and use static dryers for particular drying processes.

Our dryers are specially designed for pasta making and not designed for general purposes.

La Parmigiana static dryers are available in the following versions:

  • Short Pasta;
  • Long Pasta;
  • 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 trolleys;

Insulated panels covered in:

  • painted metal sheet;
  • fiberglass;
  • stainless steel.

Heating options

  • electrical;
  • hot water/steam heat-exchanger.

All our dryers are equipped with an innovative PLC with an advanced processor that allows the possibility of managing the drying process in automatic mode or setting the cycles of the drying phases manually.

They can be equipped with wooden or aluminum trays and with trolleys for sticks of 600 mm or 1200 mm in length.
