Our Trays’ Emptying Machine is the only machine specifically designed for the pasta making industry. It is not simply something which has been changed only for convenience.

This particular system of emptying trays reduces to a minimum, if not definitively eliminates, the problem of breaking the pasta during the overturning of the trays. This is particularly appreciated with larger and more delicate pasta shapes.
