LINEAR HEAD FOR LONG PASTA

Our linear heads for long pasta are different from those which are already on the market thanks to the particular geometrical internal design that allows for an optimal exit reducing the amount of scraps and consequently producing the highest quality of the final product.

Our linear heads for long pasta are available in two dimensions:

• • Linear head 600
  • Linear head 1200

Both linear heads can be installed on all La Parmigiana’s presses with vertical extrusion.
