Gluten Free NESTING AND LASAGNA MACHINE

The Nesting Machine N540 is a multi-purpose machine that will meet your needs for product diversification. This new machine has a production capacity of 350 kg/h of nests and is completely managed by a PLC which makes it possible to manage the change of formats and lengths.

The N540 Nesting Machine can be inserted in an existing line or it can be combined with a single press. In the latter case, the machine consists of a wheeled structure that incorporates the automatic feeding of the trays.
Thanks to an innovative system with large calibrating rollers, the product is not put under pressure therefore maintaining its high quality.

Our nesting machine is a very versatile machine as it has been designed to be modular. Adding the appropriate modules to the Nesting machine allows it to produce lasagna, pasta spread on trays and other pasta shapes from sheet cutting.
