Lipari is already an invitation in itself to abandon the stress and the greyness of city life to immerse yourself in a blaze of scents and colors, among unique landscapes drawn from a spontaneous and luxuriant nature and deep traces of ancient history.

Under the pergola supported by «pulera», the typical Aeolian columns, amid the citrus aromas and sitting comfortably on the «bisuoli» around the majolica tables each depicting an island in the archipelago, traditional Aeolian dishes are served. An evening breeze and a wonderful view of the Castle are part of this extraordinary experience.

Local aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables accompany and complete the fish-based specialties accompanied by Catarratto, Insolia, Corinto, and Malvasia, wines which fit perfectly with the meal and followed by a «passito» with the deserts, all of which are strictly Aeolian origin.

The tasting does not exclude the atmosphere in which you are immersed, the kindness and professionalism of the hosts, the colors, the perfumes and the landscape. Everything is united and completed in a single sensory experience.

So relax and let yourself be guided through this experience by the family of Angelo and Eugenia, descendants of Cesare Bernardi, who was the founder of the famous restaurant, Filippino. Other family members who contribute to this special experience are son Giovanni, daughter, Elisabetta and chef Manuel.
