GF Automated Handling Trays
The combination of tradition and technology is perfectly evident in our Automated Handling Trays. The degree of automation can vary according to customer requirements and can go as far as managing the entire line with just 1 operator. Automation is managed by a central PLC that regulates all processes and synchronisms. A very high level of automation can be achieved by adding to the basic elements of the line:
– Automatic feeding trays
– Unloader/de-palletizer trays’ machine for trolleys with trays
– Multiple tray stacker with speed adjustment and pre-loader of trays
– Emptying machine to empty the trays from dry pasta
Objective: help our customers utilize complete lines run by the lowest possible number of operators.
