The RM17 Ravioli Machine is ideal for producing filled pasta in restaurants and small fresh pasta workshops. It matches the D45 and D35 presses. Compact, easily stored after use, with interchangeable molds and electric filling quantity adjustment.
Description
The RM17 ravioli machine enables the production of double-sheet ravioli with INTERCHANGEABLE STAMPS. The ravioli are cut but not separated, in rectangular, square, triangular, round and half-moon shapes.
It works by directly using the sheet of pasta coming out of the D35 2.0 and D45-C presses, saving time and ensuring a perfect sheet of pasta every time.
