PRS – Roller Ravioli Machine
Automatic machines to produce double sheet ravioli already cut and separated. The machines, with dies of different widths (120, 160 and 250mm), process two calibrated sheets, adding fillings of various types. AV200/350 sheet winders can help form the sheet rolls to be placed on the appropriate supports.
Description
By means of the INTERCHANGEABLE STAMPS, PRS produces already separated cut dumplings of various shapes.
The dumplings are conveyed outward by means of special belt.
Ability to adjust the amount of stuffing.
