GN2 – Dumpling Machine
Wheeled machine built for the production of potato dumplings or with preparation, suitable for pasta factories, delis and supermarkets. With the GN2 gnocchi making machine it is possible, the adjustment of the size and ridging of the gnocchi. Replacing the forming unit makes it possible to change the dumpling size in seconds and produce dumplings with different diameters and lengths.

The parts in contact with the dough are made of food-grade materials that offer a complete guarantee against corrosion and are fully removable to facilitate thorough and quick cleaning.
