Description

The new N540 Nesting Machine is a multifunctional machine that will meet your need for product diversification. This new machine has a production capacity of 350 kg/h (of nests) and is fully controlled by PLC, from which you can easily manage the size change and the adjustment of the cutting length of the dough.

The N540 Nesting Machine can be inserted into a pre-existing line or it can be combined with a single press; in the latter case, the machine will consist of a structure on wheels that incorporates automatic frame feeding. Thanks to an innovative system with large sizing rollers, the product is not stressed and maintains high quality.

Our nesting machine is a very versatile machine in that it is designed to be modular. Adding the appropriate modules to the Nesting Machine makes it ideal for the production of lasagna, quadrucci, and stretched pasta on frames.
