The degree of automation can vary according to customer requirements and can go as far as managing the entire line with just 1 operator. Automation is managed by a central PLC that regulates all processes and synchronisms. A very high level of automation can be achieved by adding to the basic elements of the line:

– Automatic feeding trays
– Unloader/de-palletizer trays’ machine for trolleys with trays
– Multiple tray stacker with speed adjustment and pre-loader of trays
– Emptying machine to empty the trays from dry pasta
