Where we started from
In 1949, La Parmigiana launched its first machine, capable of producing 10 kg of pasta per hour.
This early success marks the beginning of a revolution in pasta production. The machine makes it possible to produce different types of pasta with an artisanal quality, opening up new opportunities in the restaurant industry. The presses become capable of serving from 30 to 150 covers in an hour, transforming the way restaurants manage to pasta production.
In the heart of Fidenza, three war veterans found Officine Meccaniche Reduci (O.M.R.), the future La Parmigiana. Animated by a strong spirit of rebirth, these pioneers turn their resilience into innovation, creating machines that combine tradition and modernity. Their vision began with a brick press that evolved into a pasta machine, marking a momentous turning point in the industry.
Over the years, La Parmigiana faces challenges and successes, increasing production capacity to 1000 Kg per hour. The company keeps the legacy of its founders alive, continuing to produce pasta that respects tradition and embraces modernity. Machine quality and attention to detail make La Parmigiana a leader in the industry, with production that speaks the language of excellence.
