Since the real beginning, La Parmigiana pays special attention to small and medium pasta industries producing high quality pasta, diversifying products and ingredients, utilizing static dryers for peculiar drying processes.
With this in mind, La Parmigiana has developed and optimized fully automatic lines with capacity from 200 to 450 kg / h. These lines has been designed to satisfy different market needs, both artisan producers of Highest quality Italian tradition, both special shapes worldwide producers.
